Welcome to the multi- and interdisciplinary European Animal Advocacy Workshop – EAAW 2027!
Poland will be the EAAW focus from the 2nd and the 3rd of April in 2027.
Therefore, the EAAW 2027 is now co-organized with the CLPAN, the Centre for Legal Protection of Animals & Nature at Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw, see https://prawozwierzat.wpia.uw.edu.pl/en/european-animal-advocacy-workshop-eaaw-2027/
Additionally, dr. Hab. Cezary Błaszczyk —who will be completing a research fellowship at the University of Vienna in the spring of 2027 —will deliver a lecture as part of FEWD’s “Vienna Animal Advocacy Lecture” series. His talk will address the concept of “animal law” (distinguishing it from “animal protection law” and “animal rights law”).
